IVA Requirements

For an IVA to be viable, you need to be able to meet the minimum requirements.

YOU MUST HAVE:

  1. A minimum of £15,000 of unsecured debt
  2. A minimum of £200 a month available which could be paid into the IVA
  3. Three or more debts to different creditors/institutions.
  4. A regular income
